Have you ever asked your child what they did at school and they respond with, "I don't know" or "nothing"? I hope my students all come home excited to tell you about the math game we played, the robots we programmed, the skit we performed, or the awesome book we read and so on... but I have learned through the years that no matter how excited we are in class, the stories of our class adventures rarely make it home. That problem ends now!
Each week, a student (or two) will be creating a post for our classroom website about a lesson or activity that they enjoyed that week. Not only will students get a chance to publish their work, but they will also get to share our experiences in class with you! This also gives the students the opportunity to learn about digital citizenship (using technology and the internet safely). I am excited that you get to experience this new adventure of publishing classwork with us! Keep checking back here and on Bloomz periodically to see the students' posts!
